I am extremely delighted to welcome you all to Indira Gandhi College of Arts & Science (IGCAS), an institution of higher learning offering innovative UG programmes at affordable cost. IGCAS is one of the leading co-educational Arts & Science Colleges in Pondicherry under Pondicherry Society for Higher Education (PONSHE), fully funded by the Government of Puducherry.
